Toffee Magic Cookie Bars


1 & 1/2 Sticks of Butter
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup Raw Walnuts, chopped
1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut, plus 1/4 cup more for topping
1 cup Chocolate Chips or Chunks
1 cup Toffee Bits


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9x13 glass baking dish with Parchment Paper and spray with cooking spray. Make sure the Parchment hangs over the sides of the dish for easy removal and cutting. Melt the Butter carefully in the microwave until melted. Mix together with Graham Cracker Crumbs. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of the dish with the back of a measuring cup until the entire bottom of the dish is covered with crumb mixture. Next add the Walnuts. Drizzle Sweetened Condensed Milk over top of the crust and nuts. Scatter the Coconut, Chocolate Chips and Toffee over the top. Add the remaining Coconut over the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until your kitchen smells like heaven and the coconut has turned a very light brown color. Place in the refrigerator to cool for a few hours, then cut into squares and enjoy!
